è una pratica di Chi Kung (Qi Gong).&lt;br /&gt;Il broccato è una sontuosa stoffa di seta pesante, tessuta a brocchi, cioè a fili in rilievo che formano anelli.&lt;br /&gt;E’ anche chiamato “Otto esercizi preziosi”.&lt;br /&gt;Il significato delle singole parole è:&lt;br /&gt;Ba = otto&lt;br /&gt;Duan = sezione&lt;br /&gt;  Jin = broccato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un'antica tradizione vuole che questa serie di esercizi sia stata creata dal generale &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Yeuh Fei&lt;/span&gt; durante la dinastia Song (1127-1279 d. doveva ugualmente trattenere con la bocca una bacchettina, ma stringendola solo con le labbra, senza intervento dei denti: in questo modo il viso assumeva una espressione imbronciata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;A entrambi i gruppi è stato chiesto di scrivere tutto ciò che ricordassero dei due brani letti, continuando a tenere in bocca la bacchettina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Il risultato è stato stupefacente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
